Can I contact Nubia Suites before booking?
Yes. You are welcome to contact us before booking if you want to compare the suites, check whether your preferred dates are available or discuss something relevant to your stay. You can reach us through WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
Can I reserve both suites for one group?
Yes. The Townhouse and The Courtyard each accommodate up to two guests. When both are available, they can be reserved together for a group of up to four. Your group can then use the shared outdoor space without guests from the other suite.

Confirmed guests receive the practical information needed for arrival before check-in. This includes the relevant access instructions. If anything remains unclear after receiving the information, you can contact us directly.
Can I ask for help during my stay?
